 Steve Gardner — Owner/Operator
TNT Window Tinting is owned and operated by Steve Gardner. Since Steve was younger he has always been into cars. It was natural for him to pursue a career
geared toward automotive accessories. Steve saw the need to supply the Madison area with quality auto tinting and paint protection at fair rates with
friendly service. Word of mouth got around that Steve did a great job and his small shop in Cottage Grove quickly grew. Quality has always been the main
focus at TNT. To maintain the highest standards possible, Steve is involved with every installation at our shop. You never have to trust the work of a
subcontractor or underskilled installer.
When Steve is not at the shop working, he is more than likely working on one of his own vehicles or working on his side job, InvisiArmor. Steve's hobbies
include riding his motorcycle, traveling, frisbee golf, and going to concerts. In the winter he is usually out snowboarding.
Afton Hoeper — Office Manager/Shop Assistant
Afton has worked with TNT for about 5 years. When calling in to schedule an appointment, you will probably speak with her. Afton enjoys helping customers
find the right window tint to best suit their needs and likes to teach others about the benefits of tinting and paint protection. She also helps out in the
shop as much as possible, assisting Steve to clean and tint windows.
Afton grew up in auto parts industry and couldn't see herself working anywhere unless it involves the automotive world. In her free time Afton enjoys
spending time with family, rocking out at concerts, and working on her project car. If it is snowing, she'll be out snowboarding too.
Erik Mathes — All-around Assistant
Erik originally worked with TNT fresh out of high school. He strayed away for a few years to enjoy working at a big box store and is now happy to be working
back with TNT. Erik has always been interested in the automotive industry and fits in great at TNT. Most of Erik's time is spent in the shop assisting Steve
with tinting and paint protection installation. Erik pays special attention to fine details and we are very happy to have him on the team! He also helps
answering phone calls and occasionally assists customers with picking out the right tinting.
On his off time you will find Erik in his basement playing Call of Duty on his Xbox. When it is nice out he will be working on or driving his Volkswagen GTi.
You'll also find him jamming out at concerts with Steve and Afton.
